Window Explorer Problem!

Hi all,

 

I don't know why when I open only a time of windows explorer but many

windows explorer is opened.

 

I think it is because of virus and I try to scan it with AVG but it

can not help (no virus was found).

 

Anyone, can you help me please?

It could be the spyware. For a test, start the computer with clean booting.

 

How to run Windows OS with a clean ...With MSCONFIG, you also can configure

a clean boot to disable common startup ... To perform a clean boot, please

follow these steps: 1) Run MSCONFIG.EXE. ...

Hi,

 

Thanks for help. But It still have that problem again.

 

I have 2 drives on that PC. So, I back up all data and documents to

drive D. Then I format my drive C.

 

I wish and hope that problem can be solve but unfortunately, it still

have the same problem (many Window Explorer open again).

 

Can you please help me again to give me some other idea?

You may want to use msconfig to check which programs are running. Or check
