Ok then if you can re-run a new flash via a floppy as Tootech suggest then you may be ok, if not your screwed.

Q-Flash requires that you enter the BIOS.

 

There is no other way to do it. There is mention in the manual to either press Del or 'Ctrl + F1' on boot to enter the BIOS. I can't see why there are two ways in, but the Ctrl + F1 is worth a try.

 

If that doesn't work I think it's goosed.

The BIOS chip on your board should be removable. If so there are any number of suppliers online where you can purchase a new BIOS chip with whichever BIOS version you want, rendering your board useful again.

removing it requires a lot of skill some just use a special tool others need sweating out. Finding a SKT 939 is going to be a problem also

The process is very straight forward if you have the right tool and follow the directions. In fact, you can have your old chip flashed.
