Guest Ed Meza Posted December 29, 2007 Posted December 29, 2007 Encountered the following error: *ANNCLIST has caused an error in Kernell32.DLL. Annclist will now close. If you continue to experience problems try restarting your computer.* Actions: I restarted the computer, same window appeared with the above notice. I also *restored to 12/26/07.* Same problem ocurred after system was restored. Problems ocurred when: I have noticed two instances when the above problem window shows up: 1) When the window appears to log on my password. 2) When running a thorough scan of Adaware SE - it gets stuck on 97,575 files and it does not get any further. Any advice will be appreciated. Running Win Me, IE 6 SP1
Guest Ed Meza Posted December 29, 2007 Posted December 29, 2007 Re: Error on Kernell32.DLL Problem has been fixed. While running scandisk, there were files that were accessing the same cluster. Scandisk fixed these files to occupy file extensions. System and components are now running well.
