Need help On NTBACKUP

Hey all

 

Happy X-mas ans holidays

 

okie

see

 

i have 3 sql servers in my network . I Need to take full back up every day

every 12 Hours ;

 

Back up source mounted as drivers

 

in back up should save in one folder backup name like date and time

 

how can i set this

 

i think iam confused about this

 

help me thanks in advance

 

or any one provide a script for this work

If you post your current backup command then someone will

tell you how to do this.

hey buddy

 

i am not using any script for this as of now :(

 

As of now just i am using system tools /Backup utility only ( Windows 2003 )

If you run your backup once every 12 hours, using ntbackup.exe,

then you ARE using a script. Go and have a look in the Task

Scheduler!

 

If you're just experimenting then you should allow ntbackup

to schedule the backup process for execution at a later time.

This will cause the appropriate command line to be scheduled,

which you can check in the Task Scheduler.
