PseFrank Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Here's a panorama from the East of England. I took six shots to make up this picture. And of course it is The Ship Of The Fens...Ely Cathedral. DSTM Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Nice Panorama. Wondering what program you used,as it stitches the photos together so well.:) Quote Confidence, is the feeling I get, moments before I stuff something up.
PseFrank Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Nice Panorama. Wondering what program you used,as it stitches the photos together so well.:) The shots where taken with Canon camera. Included in their software is a program called Photo Stitch (Cannot be purchased seperately). I marry the shots together with Photo Stitch and then move the image into Adobe Photoshop to tidy up and make sure everything is just so...:) Quote I thought I knew today...I'll try again tomorrow. :) Need help with your computer problems? PseFrank Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 Bob's got me thinking about the 3D effect. Here's a different type of 3D effect that's called OOB (Out Of Bounds), sometimes called Out Of Frame. This shot was taken at Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire. It shows my mate Andy trying to improve on what was already a fast lap time. I used Photoshop, but OOB edits can be carried out in any photo editing program that supports layers. It's not too hard to do Bob. Do you have either Photoshop Elements or Photoshop CS? If so, which version do you have. I'd be happy to write a tutorial and post it here in the Fun Stuff forum. DSTM Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 Hi Frank. I have Photoshop cs5 extended and would love a tutorial on the steps involved to achieve that effect. Maybe we could have a thread devoted to photo editing tutorials, including links to tutorials, which work. So many of us have photoshop, and it's a pretty steep learning curve. Appreciate your offer,Frank. Quote Confidence, is the feeling I get, moments before I stuff something up.
PseFrank Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 It wouldn't be any bother at all Bob, like I said, I'm only too happy to help out. Thankyou Dougie for your encouragement on this subject. Give me the rest of the weekend and I'll sort something out...Starting with an OOB tutorial...:-) Quote I thought I knew today...I'll try again tomorrow. :) Need help with your computer problems?
