free up temporary space to copy dvd using one drive

I'm using Roxio and trying to copy a dvd. I get the error msg "not enough

tempory space available." I can't find the "options" to click and change

cache settings--the one under "tools" is greyed out.

- Where is your %temp% folder?

- Is there enough free space on the drive for that folder?

I deleted all other video material and freed the space that way.

Thanks, I freed up the space by deleting other video material.
