My PC is running on Windwos XP Media Center Version 2005 with Update Rollup 2.

Under language and Reginal Options, I have added on Asian language and

enabled Asian Keyboard (mainly Chinese (PRC)). However, some chinese are

still not displayed correctly when I open language supported programs or

files. For example, text in Notepad is displayed in ASCII characters, or

ASCII characters appears when I run QQ program. Does anybody know why?
