Is KB940349 the latest volume shadow copy hotfix that is available?

 

Having problems once again with BackupExec 11 D .

I am backing up a remote server from a media server - backup runs over our

network.

 

The remote server says that it keeps losing a connection and the job fails.

Hello Eric,

 

If it is known by Veritas you can use the link provided in the logfile from

BE console, to access the webpage from veritas/symantec to see the solution

for your problem.

I tried them already and nothing, their support is useless.

 

That is why I am trying to find answer elsewhere.
