Hi,

After press (Ctrl-Alt-Delete) in a log on in Windows Server 2003, the user

name and password field are grayed out. This never happened before.

What can be wrong?

Thanks,

Elizabeth

We had a similar case like this one. It could be a remote control software

like VNC. Restart the server with safe mode and disable VNC if you have one.

If not, try to start the windows with clean booting for a test. Please post
