WSUS - Automatically install updates

[Guest Sabatogz]

In WSUS under Options | Updates, I previously only had Approve for detection

selected, I would then have to manually go to the Updates section and approve

updates for install. I now would like WSUS to approve and install all

current and future updates without my assistance. How does this need to be

setup?

To my knowledge it cannot - and should not - be done. MS wants you to test

any given update before deploying it....for their and your protection.

 

If you choose to install anything that comes down without testing, that's

your decision but MS isn't going to take that responsibility and it makes

sense when you think about it.
