cannot ask wireless scanner to scan and send picture to pc

Hi

I cannot communicate with my printer/scanner. I can print but I cannot ask wireless scanner to scan and send picture to pc. its a j4680 (HP)

 

I let some idiot dentist or tooth techniciian or something try to help me online by letting him access my pc remotely. I dont know what he did, but its still not working.

 

please help me? :mad:

Have a read of this Amy, it should sort you out.

If that doesn't work you may have to completely uninstall and re-install the printer software.
