Reinstalling Windows 7 RC

Either boot from it or just run the install from the disk.

Because I am having Game errors that should be working. Would I have to reformat my hard-drive?

The games will probably not be designed for 7 that's why your getting errors.

But do think that by reinstalling fro scratch will do the trick or not?

Hi,

Ok first off you have to remember that Windows 7 is still a beta release, meaning you and others are doing the trialling for Microsoft.

Do a complete reinstall of 7 first, then reinstall the games, if the problem returns, send in a bug report to both Microsoft and the makers of the games.

I will do this tomorrow evening, but if it doesn't work how do I report to microsoft?

Well, if you get a full crash you should get the usual crash report window opens, which sends a report when you click the box etc.

However for small faults and problems the only option I can find is to send an E mail. Have a look at this page-

Give them a full write up of the problems you are having.
