SMS 2003 distribution points - server/server share

We implemented SMS2003 in our company and so far it's coming along. I

created OS deployment CDs so that i would be able to install an OS from our

main distribution point.

I then wanted to create different distribution points on our division

servers so that we can install new OSs on the division pcs. I tried

creating a distribution point server other than the main one, and a

distribution point thru server share.

Everything i tried thru doing some research has not worked for me. I would

get either a 1026, 1028, or 1037 error codes. It seems that it's trying to

create/write to the new distribution point, but it can't. I checked rights

access, user access, etc.

Does anyone have any plain and simple documentation on how to create

additional distribution points other than the main one that gets created when

SMS is setup.
