Upgrade from ME to XP

Ok, lemme condense this, Have a Laptop, running on ME, needs to be upgraded to XP - where is the cheapest place to get this upgrade, on like a DL or a CD, or could somebody possibly point me in the direction of a source to acquire a copy FOC?? (as it's not my system I would prefer genuine, but I can live without it.)

hi.

i am not going to show nor help you get a non genuine copy.....they are more trouble then they are worth and 9/110 times they are infected with various garbage anyhow so.

here are some good places to look.

i may be able to find you a link to an untouched legit cd but i am unable to provide the product key..

where about do you leave are you uk based or over seas......i have some xp original cd's i may be able to mail you one....or zip it and upload it to my server so you can FTP it off.

hey - I completely understand the illegality issue, and get you on that - yeah i'm UK based, Its just I didn't pay a great deal for the unit, and to spend £50 on the OS is a bit much IMO, was maybe hoping someone had a lower cost way of getting a copy.

ok.no worries....i take it you have access to broadband internet..

if you leave it with me,i will compress a xp cd and upload it so you can download it.......
