mat777 Posted June 27, 2009 Author Posted June 27, 2009 hi maynard and wolfeymole, thanks for the quick replies i am connected to a lan, but only my wireless router which is shared with another pc (via ethernet) and my ps3 (also wireless) thanks for the link wolfey, i sort of understand it but i cant see how it happend, as the problem has never come up before and i havent changed any settings. i think ill go for the changing netbios name rather than deleting anything. will this affect any other settings of mine or disconnect me from anything else? also, what happens if i just leave it, as it doesnt seem to be causing any other conflicts?
