Hi marie,

Are you using Internet Explorer? what version of are you using?

What messages appears that requires you to click continue?

Hello Marie. I have never used MSN myself so can't give you precise instructions to do what you are trying to do but perhaps this article might be of some use to you.

Oh, and the padlock at the bottom of the page implies that the page is secure and that no one else can view or hack the information on that page. The page should load fine for you unless you are having some browser problems. :)

Let us know how it goes. Good Luck.

Are we talking of Live Messenger here Marie?

Hi marie, I have just tried the profile lookup on one or two friends of mine and the page opened but did take a while, maybe as much as two minutes.

However I am using Firefox, and the latest messenger works directly with Firefox now providing Firefox is set as the default Browser.

Have you also considered updating Internet explorer to version 8 as you say you are still using version 7? That might cure the problem for you.

Other wise if you haven't tried Firefox as a browser why not give it a go and see if it works in that as it does in mine.

Nev.
