Cannot get back to Remote Desktop for Administration mode

This server is not a domain controller and when I first installed it the

Licensing Mode for terminal services was Remote Desktop for Administration.

Somehow this got switched to Per User mode and I can't figure out how.

Terminal Services Configuration > Server Settings shows the Licensing mode

as Per User. If I drop down the list of options there I can only choose Per

User or Per Device. There is no option for Remote Desktop Admin.

I did an install and then remove of Terminal Server Licensing but that did

noting at all through Add/Remove programs but that did nothing at all.

Is there a way to get back to Remote Admin mode?

Thanks in advance for any help in getting this issue resolved.

At some point, you must have installed Terminal Services, in

Add/Remove Windows components. Uninstall it again, and you'll be

back to Remote Desktop for Administration.
