Emails - faint print

 

Hi All

 

I managed to successfully download a virus protection package last week - AVAST. Seems to be working well so thank you so much for your help.

 

I have a problem with emails.....................

 

When I go to print an email from my hotmail account the print is very very faint. Now, it's nothing to do with the print cartridge or anything. If I print something on Windows word processor the print is bold and fine. I have tried changing preferences on print page - i.e. use boldest print etc etc, but the emails are still barely readable.

 

Please help.

Humm, Hi Yvonne,

That is a strange one.

This is, or may only be, a work round for now till we get to the bottom of this problem.

 

Have you tried a copy and paste of the contents of the E Mail to a word doc, then tried to print that?

Let us know the outcome as it may hold a clue for someone else to work from.

Has printing other pages straight from the web been tried? What do they look like?
