I am RDC into my server from my desktop on a LAN ( or from Home on the

Internet) and I get the follow ing error message.

" The Terminal Server has exceeded the max number of allowed connections"

Can someone please let me know how to remedy this

Thanks

Re: Error Message

I assume that the server is running 2003 and configured for remote

Desktop for Administration?

If so, start Terminal Server Manager and check the existing

connections. Most likely, there is a disconnected session hanging

around. Reset it and you will be fine.

If that doesn't solve it, please repost with more information.

Also check the EventLog, could be a server CAL issue as well.
