Hi

I have a new Toshiba laptop (vista). It is about 2/3 weeks old and yesterday I switched on to discover that I have a "Google End Licence Agreement" box stuck on the desktop, It has no x box to close it and the actual box say internet explorer cannot display the page. I cant get rid of it, and have to move it as far down the screen as I can so I can use the internet etc. Any ideas? I have not had any other faults with the laptop?

Thanks

1: Click Start

2: Click on All Programs and then Accessories

3: Click Run

4: Type regedit and press enter

5: Go to Computer/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/Currentversion/Run/

6: Find the Registry Key that has GoogleEULALauncher.exe

7: Right Click and select delete.

8: Search your Hard drive for GoogleEULALauncher.exe

9: Delete it when found.

10: Reboot your PC and it should be gone.

please do a registry backup first...

thats if you are not sure of what you are doing...

one wrong move in the registry and you could be left stranded,

A safer way of doing it is to download free startupcpl that will show you everything running at startup and you can un tick it or right click and delete it.

A lot safer than messing with the reg if your not comfortable with it
