Mailbox blockage.

I have 26 emails trying to get through but there is a blockage at number 15. I think it may be because someone has sent me a video clip but as I am only dial-up this is too big for me and it won't download, so all emails past that are stuck as well. Is there a solution?

Log on to your email account using your browser.

 

From there you can view your email Inbox and delete the offending email.

 

If you need more help, let us know your email supplier.

 

For example do you have a name@yahoo .co.uk, name@btinternet .com etc.

 

Don't post your full email address here, just the last part.

tootech as usuall is bang on..log into your web account and delete the massive file...

if you need help with this please answer,,,,what is your ISP(internet provider, bt,telewest etc)
