Elizabeth Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 I have 26 emails trying to get through but there is a blockage at number 15. I think it may be because someone has sent me a video clip but as I am only dial-up this is too big for me and it won't download, so all emails past that are stuck as well. Is there a solution? Quote
Tootech Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Log on to your email account using your browser. From there you can view your email Inbox and delete the offending email. If you need more help, let us know your email supplier. For example do you have a name@yahoo .co.uk, name@btinternet .com etc. Don't post your full email address here, just the last part. Quote
