Ok, my situation is that my computer lags in most games I play, I bought a 8600 gt 256mb and tossed out the nvidia 7200le because of this problem, ((((worked great)))) until I decided to reformat my PC and install vista.. but vista ran horriable so I reinstalled xp once again after reformating the computer and then I installed the latest drivers for

1. The monitor

2. The graphic card

3. The sound card

4. the chipset

5. direct x 9.0c

but I still have framerate issues..

I have my monitor which is a vpr matrix

set at 120hz on 800x600

I also tried to override the settings using dxdiag at 120hz

but I still have issues, I posted below the specs.. but note

I removed the geforce 7200le and replaced it with the card above.

I was wondering if it might have something to do with my 350w power supply..

plz help me.. thanks.
