RPC server unavailable

whenver i try to login to the terminal server i get the error " Logon

rejected for ICRI\William. Unable to obtain Terminal Server User

Configuration. Error. The RPC server is unavailable. Source: winlogon

What is the Windows version of Terminal Services are you running?

Does it happen to all users?

Try to temporary turn off the firewall, to you still get the error?

Use an administrator account, on the physical console, run Qwinsta.exe,

please share the output with us.

I am running Win 2003 Entp on the server and WIN XPP on the client end.

This error occurs randomly and no one can login when it occurs, however

already logged in users do not face any problem.

Windows firewall is permanently turned off in the server.

I will try running Qwinsta.exe and let you know the results.
