Start Program on TSWEB Login

Recommended Posts

I'm using the Windows 2003 Terminal Server Web piece (TSWEB). I'm trying to

start a program on Login. It appears that you can edit the default.htm to do

this, but I haven't had any luck.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks,

Mike

Re: Start Program on TSWEB Login

The server you are connecting to must be set to Licensing Mode for this

feature to work.

Re: Start Program on TSWEB Login

Hi Priya,

Thanks for answering. I have licensing set to per user in the Terminal

Server Configuration settings and the Group Policy editor. Are there any

other settings I need for Licensing Mode? The TSWEB auto launch of an

application at login still doesn't work.

Do you have an example of code to put into the default.htm file to make this

work? I may have this wrong.

Thanks,

Mike

Re: Start Program on TSWEB Login

I'm all set. I needed to add the start program to the Terminal Server

Configuration Manager.
