Available MBytes decreases when copying file in W2K3 x64

Has anyone seen this problem? when copying files in Windows 2003 Standard

x64, the Memory:Available MBytes counter rather quickly drops down to under

100 MB. I saw a hotfix and registry change - applied that but still having

problems. I've updated all drivers - still having problems. Does anybody

else have any ideas?
