Windows Server 2003 clock

[Guest msw]

All of our servers as well as our laptops and desktops are showing incorrect

time about 45 minutes ahead if the correct time.

 

Please let me know how to correct this.

 

Any tips or help is greatly appreciated.

I'd first check the authoritative time server.
