adding licenses to 2003 per server CAL

I have an old server with the standard per server 5 seats

 

i have a receipt here showing I purchased 95 licenses (for example).

 

Can I just add 95 licenses up control panel -> licensing -> add

licenses -> quantity and

"I agree"

 

that's it?
