Why does C9 Menu offers me to 'Login' when I already Logged In?

Sorry guyz, I had too much free time*in hand*so I started*noticing (and posting) little details that I just don't bother before. But really, the link*sometimes says 'Login' not the 'Sign Out' Live ID Icon... BTW, I logged in using my live ID and running IE7 and I can see all the logged in member options such as new post, reply, quotes, etc. Might give you some clues...
