Microsoft Office Outlook Connector 4 - Sync?

Hello!

 

I use Microsoft Office Outlook Connector 4 with Outlook 2007. But how do I sync my contacts from Outlook to Live Mail?

- If I add a new contact in Outlook, in the addressbook "Contacts x@hotmail.com" it does not sync with my Live Mail Contacts on the Internet?

 

Also one more question, is it possible to make my 2 addressbooks to one? My mobile made a contact list that is called "Contacts" and Outlook Connector made on that i want to use as standard for everyting "Contacts x@hotmail.com", and of course that syncs with Live Mail Contacts.
