We had recently had Sage crm loaded to the server

 

we are able to access this over the internet when not in the office by

visiting

 

mail.mydomain/crmxyz/eware.dll

 

we get the sage logon screen but then just a blank screen

 

port80 is forwarded to thisd server from my firewall

 

what have we missed

Does it work when you are in the office?

 

I am not familiar with Sage, but if it's like most software that runs in a

browser, maybe popups need to be allowed in your browser for it to work.

Also maybe java or some other third party software that needs to run in the

browser for it to work as well, kind of like Citrix using Java where we have

to allow popups as well as putting it in the trusted zones maybe a good idea

too.
