Shadow copy schedule

Is there any detriment to having a scheduled shadow copy start at the same

time as a backup which initiates another shadow copy? I can stagger the

hours, but when the times have to be changed should care be taken not to

start them at the same time?

 

I expect the answer is no, so out of curiosity can it run both at once, or

would one operation supercede?
