How to troubleshoot Vista SP1 Refresh installation?

It's failed to install on 2 my PCs.

 

Weird... I had Vista SP1 (pubic). There was not problem with installation.

But "refresh" failed to install on both PCs. Just on final stage (afer 40-50 minutes of installation and several reboots) it says "reverting everything back".

 

 

How to fing out a source of problem? There was no any logs/reports.
