True...it's a Mockup....but...

 

1. What's with the OSX Leopard like dock?

2. The Vista like folder display?

3. The Spotlight like negative in the bottom right of the folder display

 

Then again it seems like even with the icons it's* a strong knockoff of the best features of OS X and Vista.
