I've been a bit late in comming across this, but I'm beginning to hear more and more of it. I first got wind of it on ScottGu's blog and put that in my 'to do' pile. Josh Smith has just created a WPF Podder application, something nice and gentle to enter the WPF world, and has used this MVC "stuff".

Obviously ASP.NET is getting a whole framework, but what of this on a smart client? Is there any value in learning yet another way to build software? What are the benefits?
