Can Not Update or Install anything on Windows 2003 Domain Controller

Hello,

 

I am having trouble updating my domain Controllers. Windows Updates as Well

as other installations are failing indicating that I don't have permission

to update Windows 2003. Other systems in the domain update just fine. And

if I demote a controller it will allow updates. I think this may have

something to do with the Default Domain Controller Group Policy. Can

someone point me to a list of the default/correct settings for the Default

Domain Controller Policy or offer an alternate explanation for whey I don't

have permissions to update my Windows 2003 Domain Controllers.
