I have a SBS2003 and I am using the SBS backup. I need the backup results to

be viewed from a workstation. The user who will view the backup is not a

domain admin and will not be a domain admin.

I created a shortcut "http://sbs2003dc/backup/default.htm" on the desktop

which works for admins but when a standard user tries I get the message, "You

do not have the correct permissions to view this page. For more information

contact your system administrator.

To view this page, you must be a member of the Domain Admins security group.".

I have tried to adjust the permissions on various folders but I cant get it

to work.

Does anyone know how to make this work?

Sure. Lots of people in an SBS group could help you.

Ask there.

This won't work - there are ways to have the backup logs emailed to whomever

you like, however. Post in microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs for help with

this (and with anything SBS).

I will ask the question in a different Group.
