Trace Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 This is not what you'd call high priority but it is annoying. Like many people my " and @ keys have been swapped around. I reset the language to English (United Kingdom) a few days ago, but the problem persists. Any suggestions? Quote
Plastic Nev Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 Hi Trace, you need to go into the regional and language settings, Select English (United Kingdom) on the drop down list and then click apply. then exit and reboot, your keyboard should then be OK. Have a look at my screen shot, both points arrowed. If it seems to be already on English UK and the Apply button greyed out, just select another setting, then reselect the English UK, this should bring back the "Apply" button to click it. Remember to re boot the computer or it may not change. Nev. Quote Need help with your computer problems? Then why not join Free PC Help. Register here.
