Guest Andy Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 How do I check the size of the folder I created for Folder Redirection? When I right clikc and choose properties it only shows the size of my redirected folder. We are having backup size issues and need to see how big each folder is. Thanx Redfieldz
Guest Ryan Hanisco Posted January 18, 2008 Posted January 18, 2008 RE: how to check the size of folder redirection folder Hi Andy, You should be able to get to this on the actual path on the server that is hosting the redirected drives. If you are doing it across your share, you will only see yours. -- Ryan Hanisco MCSE, MCTS: SQL 2005, Project+ http://www.techsterity.com Chicago, IL Remember: Marking helpful answers helps everyone find the info they need quickly. Guest Andy Posted January 19, 2008 Posted January 19, 2008 RE: how to check the size of folder redirection folder I am going through the drive letter to access it. The problem is the way foler redirection permissions work I do not have access to the users folders. I would have to take ownership in order to view the size of all the users folders.
