Any problems with KB941644 update?

I've been googling this KB941644 update to see if anyone has experienced

problems and I'm seeing some reports of slowness and other intermittent

problems after installing this update. Once uninstalled, they report problem

is fixed. I'm considering updating all my servers, but wanted to check out

here to see if anyone has applied the patch and if you have experienced any

problems?

I haven't seen any issues, but then it has only been out a week and a half.

Looking at the update though it seems worthwhile. There haven't been any new

versions of the update and MS reports no issues with it on their site.

 

In this case you are weighing risk of compromise against reported slowness.

I guess that would come down to your risk tolerance, the security you have in

place, and your desire to do this right away. You might want to pick one

server as a test and make sure you have the back out procedure handy in case

you see issues.
