My perants has done somthing horrable

hello, my parents has put them selves as administator witch is fine, however it seems the computer has deleted the admin and still thinks there is one what i mean is we cant download anyting or run paticcular programs because we do not have the rights, i have tryed to put user account control on and make my self an admin but nothing happens, ive tryed to system restore bt and error comes up.

There are a few things of concern here, because of your age and because this problem is something your parents have done, I am afraid we cannot take this any further unless it is one or both of your parents making enquiries for help.
