Windows Router Connection Polling - C#

I'm looking to do the same kind of connection polling as shown in the screenshot being done by the Windows Routing and Remote Access Snap-in : http://www.devel.ws/untitled.jpg

 

I need to fetch*this data*from wherever necesarry because I am writing a proxy server that needs to know the public source port as well as the private source port in order to work properly-- see symmetric nat on wikipedia if you don't understand this.

 

It would be good to know the very least, the namespace and objects to use to get this data.
