Hi Can someone help me i have a Dell Inspiron 6000 and my dvd/cd drive doesnt work.. its a Sony DVD +-Rw DW-D56A drive and after i reformated my computer with an windows xp professional my DVD-CD/RW cant read any kind of disk... i install the driver from which i got from the dell wesite but it still doesnt read any kind of disk... CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE.....

go to start>control panel>system>device manager is the cd/dvd drive found in there,,,,is there any exclamation marks anywhere in there......

have you installed all motherboard drivers etc
