RandyL Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 In my opinion it could have been IE8 which is buggy with XP or the fact you had two active firewalls running. Or a combination of the two. It could have also had something to do with your security suite. If you really want to know what worked do a system restore to mess it all up again. Then try one fix at a time. That's what I would do because I can't stand not to know what caused an issue. But I think you might be happy to just leave it fixed. I'll miss seeing you members and wish you well.
