Gray Pop-up Error

I keep getting a gray pop-up error. I happens over and over. It says "

Runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?". I think it's Microsoft

Development Environment 6.0. I can't find it in my programs to uninstall. How

can I stop these gray pop-ups?

As I've seen Bear post in the past...

 

"Control Panel, Internet Options, Advanced tab, Browsing section"

 

Check....... "Disable script debugging", &

Uncheck... "Display a notification about every script error".
