Images missing in PACS thumbnail viewer

When opening a RDP session to IE6 with an URL appended for a Physician Portal

for our hospital everything works except the veiwer for PACS images. When you

click a link for the images, the viewer opens with the boxes for the images

and an indictor that it see the images, but nothing shows in the boxes.

Does it require ActiveX control for downloading the images?

Also, are the images visible directly on the server console (without using

TS)?

 

Are admins able to view the images?

After working with Citrix on this issue, we were able to reproduce this issue

using a RDP connection only. This took the ICA session out of the mix. After

further investation, it appears to be a problem with how the programmer for

our portal has created the link and use of the viewer within this

environment. It can only be used by one session at a time. We have sent them

back to the drawing board.
