can not see update Icon?

I changed my Automatic Updates from turn off Automatic Updates --- to

download and notify me.

 

Initally I saw the download Icon - now I cannot see it?

 

When I look at the task bar properties and customize to always show -- it is

i there showing 99% completed, but it will not show on the task bar.

 

Is this because it is not done yet????

 

It has been a few hours now and I can not see it.

 

Any thoughts
