Unable to launch an application

Hello:

 

I am running Windows 2003 Server SP2.

 

I installed an application. I am unable to launch the application by

doubling clicking on it. However, when I right-mouse click I get two options:

 

1. Current user (it shows the user name) in brackets.

 

I cannot launch the application with the checkbox (Run this program with

restricted access) checked or unchecked.

 

2. The following user:

 

When I use the same User ID I am signed on as, I am able to launch the

application.

 

What's going on?
