Managing a local scanner

I need to let applications running on a Terminal Server (Windows Server 2003

based) acquire documents from the local scanner connected to the client PC

where my RDP client runs.

I am quite sure that:

- Use of local scanners is not supported with Microsoft Terminal Services

- Use of local scanners is suopported while implementing Citrix Presentation

Server

Is there any other way to let applications running on the TS acquire pages

from a local scanner?

I found some shareware tools that publish the scanner in a web page managed

by the client PC, but it does not fit my needs.

I need something to "share" or "publish" a TWAIN driver.

Suggestions, pointers and hints welcome...

Mario
