Memory Calculations Not Making Sence To Me

I'm sure I'm just being dumb but I can't seem to make this calculate.

 

We just put in a new server with 32 Gigs or RAM running W2K3 with the /PAE

option in the Boot.ini.

 

In Task Manager under Physical Memory it says:

Total: 33,553,060

Available: 15,000,000 (about)

 

This tells me that I should be using about 18.5 Gigs

 

When i go into Processes and select "show processes from all users" I can

only add up a couple Gigs worth of memory being used.

 

How do I account for the other memory that's being used but not showing up

in the processes?
